01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the access to and use of the jilli65 online gaming platform, including the website located at jilli65.net and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, games, features, promotions, and support services (collectively, the "Platform").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and jilli65 (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as the jilli65 Privacy Policy and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have an existing account, contact jilli65 customer support to arrange account closure.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the jilli65 Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a mandatory minimum age requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR responsible gaming standards applicable to casino-style gaming operations.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is legally permitted for individuals in your circumstances.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from jilli65 or from any gambling platform operating under a connected regulatory framework.
• You must not be acting as an agent, proxy, or representative of any third party when creating or operating a jilli65 account.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, automated systems, and bots are not eligible to hold a jilli65 player account.

jilli65 actively cooperates with PAGCOR responsible gaming guidelines and takes its obligations regarding underage gambling prevention seriously. Players who are aware of underage individuals attempting to access the Platform should report this immediately to jilli65 customer support.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active jilli65 account at any time. The registration of multiple accounts, whether using the same or different personal information, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jilli65 reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering a jilli65 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid contact number, and email address. jilli65 is entitled to rely on the information provided at registration and may refuse service or suspend accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilli65 account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jilli65 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to jilli65 customer support immediately.

3.4 KYC Verification

jilli65 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on player accounts. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide the requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

04 Deposits & Payments

jilli65 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Transfer, and Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin and USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount at jilli65 is ₱5 when using GCash or PayMaya. Minimum amounts for other payment channels may vary and are displayed at the point of transaction within the jilli65 wallet interface.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to the jilli65 account wallet in near real-time under normal operating conditions. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to be credited, subject to the processing times of the respective banking institution. jilli65 is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the jilli65 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless explicitly stated otherwise in the context of cryptocurrency transactions. jilli65 does not accept deposits intended to fund accounts on behalf of third parties.

05 Withdrawals

jilli65 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests submitted on the Platform:

• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• A player's first withdrawal request requires completion of KYC identity verification before the request can be approved.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. The maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are subject to the limits displayed in the jilli65 wallet interface.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes to two (2) hours of approval under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• jilli65 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, which may extend the processing timeline.

jilli65 will not charge processing fees on standard withdrawal transactions. However, your payment provider or bank may impose its own fees, for which jilli65 bears no responsibility.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, cashback offers, and promotional incentives offered by jilli65 are subject to their individual promotion terms, which are published at the time of each promotion. In the absence of specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a player's jilli65 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are not eligible for withdrawal.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

jilli65 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in or attempted to engage in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: wagering patterns designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploitation of promotional structures in bad faith, or coordinated abuse involving multiple accounts or players.

6.4 Expiry

Bonus funds that are not used within their stipulated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the player's jilli65 account without notice. The validity period for each bonus is stated in its individual promotion terms.

07 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jilli65 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, ensuring that game outcomes are statistically random and not subject to manipulation by jilli65 or any third party. Live dealer games are operated by licensed game providers and are subject to the rules published within each respective game interface.

By participating in any game on the jilli65 Platform, you accept the specific rules applicable to that game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between the in-game rules and these Terms, the in-game rules shall prevail with respect to game-specific matters.

jilli65 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds that result from a technical error, system malfunction, or any event that produces clearly erroneous results. In such cases, affected wagers will be refunded to the player's jilli65 account wallet.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilli65 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts, including accounts for or on behalf of third parties.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Engaging in or facilitating collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or any technical vulnerability in the Platform for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to process deposits or withdrawals for the purpose of concealing the origin of funds.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any component of the jilli65 Platform.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine laws or regulations, including those relating to online gambling, anti-money laundering, and data privacy.

Where jilli65 identifies or suspects prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to suspend the affected account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities, including but not limited to the AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) where applicable.

09 Responsible Gaming

jilli65 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward players seriously. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment. It should never be treated as a source of income or a method of recovering financial losses.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the jilli65 Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of jilli65.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilli65, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jilli65 does not warrant that the Platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or events beyond jilli65's reasonable control ("force majeure") may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform, for which jilli65 shall not be liable.

In all cases where jilli65 is found liable, its total aggregate liability to any individual player for any and all claims arising from the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

12 Privacy & Data Protection

jilli65 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jilli65.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilli65 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and is committed to protecting the personal information of its players in accordance with this legislation and applicable National Privacy Commission guidelines.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jilli65 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jilli65 will endeavour to provide registered players with advance notice via email or a prominent notification on the Platform.

Your continued use of the jilli65 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jilli65 customer support.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were most recently revised. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from or in connection with them or the use of the jilli65 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and jilli65, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through the jilli65 internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support. jilli65 will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
